Powermastery experientials include day hikes, multi day trips, cultural excurisions, gatherings, outings and events where we connect with each other and enjoy the magic together.  Most of the day hikes and trips are free to join (except trail and entrance fees, parking, etc.).

For hikes please bring hiking boots/shoes, 2+ (or more) liters of hydration, lunch, warm layer, outgoing positive personality, and optional items (if appropriate): camera, sunscreen, insect repellent, hat, climbing gloves, headlamp, and change of top, and shoe for ride home.

*We typically go out to socialize, unwind, and enjoy each others company off trail right after a day hike before heading back home.

1. Saturday, February 2014 - Abandoned Iron Mines of Harriman State Park, NY Day Hike.  ~6 miles. We will be entering and exploring some incredible mines and mining areas along our hike in the company of new friends and great outdoor adventure. All levels welcome as long as you can move at a steady casual pace and for about 6 miles on trail.  Meet time about 9:30am. Conclude at about 5:00pm.

2. March 29-30, 2014 - Singles Cherry Blossom Romancing Washington DC Weekend.  Join us on our exclusive chartered coach bus trip to take in one of the most beautiful panoramic seasons of the year. Blossoms in high bloom, baby Panda Bao Bao at National Zoo, the National Galleries and Smithsonians from Hope diamond to twilight group walk around memorials, day time meader through the Cherry Blossoms lining the Great Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial, to engaging new friends and fun company on a non-stop immersion of Washington DC at a picture perfect season. In coming on the trip you agree to the following:
You hereby release, waive, discharge and agree not to sue Carson Tang, and Carson Worldwide (Powermastery), (herein after referred to as "releases") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of the releases, or otherwise, while participating on the trip.
You are fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the outdoors and am responsible for being prepared mentally and physically for the terrain, environment and dealing with any conditions whether man made or of nature. You acknowledge that you have been notified A) people have been seriously injured hiking and rock scrambling; B) that there is in fact an inherent risk in hiking, and rock scrambling; and C) if you voluntarily choose to hike, rock scramble or climb there is a possibility I myself may receive injuries requiring medical attention. 
By joining the outing, you are coming as a friend and are responsible for your own comfort and safety, and you are solely and exclusively responsible for your own prepareness and understand your strengths and weaknesses. You further understand that your participation is completely Voluntary and at your own risk, and would be prepared for going on a similar outing on your own and regardless of whether or not you joined the group on their outing.
You agree there may be risks and hazards unknown to you that may be connected with being at any event or outing, and you hereby elect to voluntarily participate in the outing.  You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or any loss or damage to property owned by you, as a result of you being a participant in the Retreat, whether caused by the negligence of releases or otherwise.
You further hereby agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the releases and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or costs they may incur due to my participation, whether caused by the negligence of any or all of the releases, or otherwise.
It is your implied and express intent that this Release shall bind the members of your family and spouse, and your heirs, assigns and personal representative, and shall be deemed as a Release, Waiver, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue the above named releases.
In joining the outing, you acknowledge and represent that:
A. You have read the foregoing release, understand it, and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed;
B. No oral representation, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made;
C. You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and
D. You execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.

Next Experiential Event

Nestled within Bear Mountain, approximately one hour from NYC, resides an impressive ridge - West Mountain. As part of our day hike along the ridge and into the woods we will visit a hamlet  dating back to 1763 - Doodletown ruins.

This area is a historic collective of foundations and history representing the remains of a haunting reminder of a hamlet populated before World War I.

DISTANCE: 7-8 miles
PACE: Casual and steady
EXPERIENCE: Anyone who can hike 8 miles; dogs subject to park rules.
